NAIOP Jim Brown Endowed Real Estate and Business Ethics Scholarship

Purpose:
The purpose of this Scholarship is to provide awards to undergraduate students enrolled in the real estate program and business ethics coursework.

Criteria:

  • Applicants must be enrolled as College of Business Administration students at the junior or senior level.
  • Applicants must have an interest in pursuing real estate as a career demonstrated by having completed six hours of real estate courses at UCF OR by having completed three hours of real estate courses at UCF and be currently enrolled in an additional three-hour real estate course.
  • Applicants must have completed (or be enrolled in) three hours of business ethics coursework.

Definitions:

  • UCF provides all available real estate courses in the course catalog, available at: https://www.ucf.edu/catalog/undergraduate/courses/realestate.
  • UCF currently offers only two business ethics course: BUL3130 and BUL3130H. Both will be considered for the course requirement.
  • Enrollment in Real Estate and Business Ethics coursework should reflect the upcoming Fall semester or earlier.

Limitations:
This Scholarship cannot pay over a student’s Cost of Attendance (COA). COA is the estimated amount it will cost a student to attend the university. Additional information about COA can be found at https://www.ucf.edu/financial-aid/cost/.
