Collins/Pigman Family Endowed Scholarship

Purpose:
The purpose of this scholarship is to provide awards to middle income undergraduate students at the University.

Criteria:

  • Applicant(s) must be an undergraduate student.
  • Applicant(s) must have a minimum grade point average of 2.5.
  • Applicant(s) financial ability falls outside of the Pell Grant range but still demonstrates a level of financial need.
  • Preference will be given to students who are unlikely to qualify for other merit-based scholarship which traditionally require high excelling students or demanding qualifications.

Limitations:
This Scholarship cannot pay over the student’s Cost of Attendance (COA) or Financial Need. COA is the estimated amount it will cost a student to attend the university. Financial Need is the difference between the student’s COA and a student’s Student Aid Index (SAI). Additional information about COA can be found at https://www.ucf.edu/financial-aid/cost/.
