Mann Lake Beekeeping Scholarship

Criteria:
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be a legal resident of the United States or hold a valid student visa.
• Must be currently enrolled in or accepted to a full-time undergraduate or graduate program in an accredited U.S. college or university.
• Must be a student/enrollee of any of the following: entomology program, major in agriculture & environmental sciences, or other related studies.
• Write a 300-word essay on any of the following topics:
o In the fast-changing environment now, in your own words, how did it affect the bees, and what must be done to protect their population from getting smaller?
o How can we spread awareness that caring for the bees is caring for the environment in general?
o Aside from honey, what other benefits of bees are underrated?
