Mike C. Hynes Family Scholarship

This scholarship supports undergraduate students in the College of Community Innovation and Eucation

scholarship will be used to pay towards tuition, textbooks, fees and any other items included in the cost of an undergraduate teacher education degree in Elementary Education, Mathematics Education, or Science Education.
Recipients will be selected based on the following established criteria:

• Must be attending as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student that is a future mathematics and/or science teacher enrolled in a teacher education program or a master’s student in the Lockheed Martin Academy of Mathematics and Science program.
• Must maintain a minimum 3.0 overall GPA
• Must include a statement expressing how being awarded the scholarship would help them and what they would like to express to the donor of the money for the scholarship.
  • Additional Consideration will be given to student employee of the College of Community Innovation and Education and/or a leader in a student organization in the School of Teacher Education.
