KInesiology Graduate Scholarship

Recipient Criteria
At the time the scholarship is disbursed, the student:

  • Must be enrolled as a full-time M.S. graduate student in Kinesiology (Sport and Exercise Science)
  • Completed a minimum of 18 credits hours within the Kinesiology (Sport and Exercise Science)
  • Must not be receiving a graduate assistantship at the time the award is disbursed
  • Must have a minimum overall 3.8 GPA
  • Must provide a brief essay (1-2 pages, double spaced, 12 point font) that describes at least two of the following topics:
    • Reflection on your experience as a student within Kinesiology (Sport and Exercise Science)
    • Career goals within the field of Kinesiology
    • Leadership and/or community/global outreach related to your coursework
    • Need or financial hardship
