Will you be enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student in Kinesiology (Sport and Exercise Science) at the time the scholarship is disbursed?
Were you an official UCF tutor for an on campus office or department within the last academic year (including but not limited to SARC, SOAR, SI, ASSA, Math Lab, or Writing Center)?
Are you majoring in legal studies?
Are you actively pursuing a career in public service as demonstrated by involvement in extracurricular activities, volunteer service or employment?
Have you completed at least twelve (12) hours of Criminal Justice course work?
Are you involved in clubs and organizations, volunteer leadership positions and community service?
Are you a student majoring or minoring in Legal studies?
Do you demonstrate leadership in student organizations and a passion for continued professional and leadership development?
Are you pursuing a career in the criminal justice field in law enforcement (local, state or federal)?

Merit-based scholarships are awards given to students in recognition of student achievements (academic, athletic, extracurricular, etc.). Common examples of merit-based aid at UCF includes Bright Futures Scholarships, Pegasus Scholarship Programs (Gold, Silver, Bronze, Provost, etc.), National Merit Scholarships, etc.
