BASIC ELIGIBILITY:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing; Master of Science in Nursing; Doctor of Nursing Practice (BSN at a minimum)
• Nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE
• Hold a current, valid, active and unrestricted license to practice nursing and current BLS
• AD – U.S. Citizen; USAR – Permanent residents or U.S. Citizens
• 66F CRNAs: accredited by Council on Accreditation (COA), ACLS
• 66S ICU: CCRN, ACLS
• 66T Trauma: CEN, recommended also TNCC
• 66E: O.R.: CNOR
• Max age depends on Area of Concentration (AOC)
