Criteria:
• Must hold a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or legal resident who is authorized to work in the country.
• Must be a North Carolina resident.
• Must submit a one-to-two-page essay describing the student’s reason for pursuing college, their current career plans, and the impact that their parent’s injury had on their life.
• Must provide proof of acceptance or attendance from a college.
