Dr. Roseann White Endowed Memorial Scholarship Fund
The Dr. Roseann White Endowed Memorial Scholarship Fund is a scholarship in honor of Dr. Roseann White, who was a tenured professor and associate director of academics at the College of Medicine’s Burnett School of Biomedical Sciences.
The criteria for this scholarship are as follows:
Applicant(s) should exhibit attributes of Dr. Roseann White, and exemplify good character, perseverance, a strong work ethic, service, compassion, leadership, enthusiasm, a commitment to the practice of medicine and love of science, and pride in the University.
Recipients will be selected based on the following established criteria:
1. Applicant(s) must be majoring in Biomedical Sciences, with commitment to biomedical research and/or the practice of medicine with greater than 45 credit hours.
2. Preference may be given to applicant(s) that demonstrate financial need based upon guidelines set forth in the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
