Communication Sciences & Disorders Graduate Scholarship

This scholarship will be awarded this upcoming Fall semester

Recipient Criteria

In order to apply:

  • Applicant must provide a brief essay (one page, double spaced, 12-point font) on reasons applying for the scholarship and personal and professional goals hoping to achieve in the next 5 years. All essays will be reviewed by the college scholarship committees. In addition, recipients’ essays might be shared with donors.
  • Applicant must provide a letter of recommendation from a faculty member in the School of Communication Sciences & Disorders’

At the time the scholarship is disbursed, the applicant must meet the following criteria:

Graduate Students:

  • Must be enrolled as a full-time or part-time Master’s degree student majoring in Communication Sciences & Disorders
  • Must be enrolled in semesters 2, 3, 4 or 5 of the program when the award is disbursed
  • Must have completed at least 9 hours of graduate coursework in the major
  • Must have a minimum UCF GPA of 3.5
