UCF President's Leadership Council Endowed Scholarship

Kyle Simpson ’11, past PLC Chair and now an alumnus, awards scholarship funds every year to a deserving student who is a member of the President’s Leadership Council.

Selection criteria:

1. Applicant must be enrolled at the university as a full-time junior or senior undergraduate student.
2. Applicant must currently be serving on the President’s Leadership Council.
3. Applicant must have an overall minimum GPA of 3.0.
4. Applicant must uphold the standards of the President’s Leadership Council and reflect the values of UCF.
5. Applicant must submit a current resume.
6. Applicant must submit an Essay or Personal Statement of your goals:
   • Respond to the following prompt in a separate word document: In 500 words or less, please explain how this award will be utilized to change your life in a positive way.
   • You may include innovative ideas, dream internships or opportunities that would not be afforded to you otherwise.

This scholarship may be used to pay for tuition, textbooks, fees, and any other items included in the cost of education published annually by the University.
