James Carlton Dockeray Undergraduate Finance Scholarship
Purpose:
The purpose of this Scholarship is to award one or more scholarships to full-time undergraduate student(s) in the field of finance.
Criteria:
- Must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student majoring in finance.
- Applicant(s) will be considered based on financial need (as determined by the FAFSA) and previous academic record.
- Applicant(s) will also be considered based on their leadership qualities and their commitment to the area of study, as demonstrated by a resume.
Definitions:
Applicant(s) must have completed all pre-major requirements for the Finance major and have been admitted into the College of Business Administration to be considered.
Limitations:
This Scholarship can pay over a student’s Cost of Attendance (COA). COA is the estimated amount it will cost a student to attend the university. Additional information about COA can be found at: https://www.ucf.edu/financial-aid/cost/.
Renewable:
Yes. Recipients can receive the award for no more than a total of three years, provided that funding is available, and applicant reapplies each year on A2O.
