Frances R. and Joseph G. Lefkowitz Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship supports full-time junior and senior undergraduate students and graduate students enrolled in the Department of English within the College of Arts and Humanities.
Recipients will be selected based on the following established criteria:

• Must be a junior or senior enrolled full-time or a graduate student
• Must be enrolled in the Department of English
• Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA
• Must demonstrate financial need as determined by the Free Application for Student Financial Assistance (FAFSA)
• Must demonstrate involvement in leadership and/or community service
• Must submit a personal essay

This scholarship will be used to pay for tuition, books, and other related fees.
This scholarship may be awarded to the same student in successive semesters until graduation provided recipient maintains the established criteria.
This scholarship will be awarded annually and paid on a semester basis.
