The Harvey L. Gaines Memorial Expressway Authority Endowed Scholarship Fund

This scholarship supports undergraduate students in the College of Engineering and Computer Science.

Recipients will be selected based on the following established criteria:

• Must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student in the College of Engineering and Computer Science.
• Must major in a field of study critical to transportation
• Must have GPA of 2.5 or higher
• Preference will be given to students who have graduated from High School or received their GED in Orange, Brevard, Lake, Osceola, and Seminole Counties.
