The Domaine Scholarship Program
Eligible Applicants
- Open to all undergraduate students regardless of major.
- Must be current, full-time students at accredited two-year or four-year U.S. universities or colleges.
- Students should not be entering their first semester as a freshman or their last semester as a senior.
Application Process
To apply, submit a 2,000-word article that dives into the shopping behavior and preferences of undergraduate college-age consumers (18 to 23). Your article should be insightful, data-driven, and well-structured, with clear headings and subheadings. Here’s what we expect:
- Title: Give your article an engaging title.
- Survey Data: Collect data from your peers using a tool like Google Forms (minimum of 100 responses) or use reputable survey databases available through your academic program.
- Research and Citations: Use and cite reputable online sources.
Topic
Explore what college-age consumers value most in their digital shopping experiences. Consider the following:
- Branding, packaging, and design
- Brand equity
- Quality of product
- Price/discounts
- Convenience (e.g., shipping speed)
- Sustainability and social impact
- Customer service and return/exchange policies
- Shopping preferences (in-store vs. online)
- Device preferences (mobile, desktop, tablet)
- Availability in marketplaces (ex. Amazon, Shop App, etc.)
- Social media and influencers
- Channels for product discovery (Google search, social media, word of mouth)
- AR/VR and Web3
