Dr. J. Paul Hartman Endowed Scholarship

Recipients of this scholarship will:

  • Be senior level students
  • Be majoring in Civil Engineering
  • Have a minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Submit a one-page paper describing a significant historical engineering project

This scholarship will be used to pay for tuition and/or books.
