Inspiring Hope for Aphasia Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship will be awarded this upcoming Fall semester

Scholarship will be selected based on the following established criteria:

  • Applicant must be enrolled at the University as a full-time graduate student in the College of Health Professions and Sciences studying in the field of Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Applicant must have an overall grade point average of 3.5.
  • Applicants must have an interest in specializing in the treatment of aphasia.
  • Preference will be given to students who demonstrate potential for conducting research in aphasia.
  • Applicant must provide a brief statement (250 words) that includes the reasons for applying for the scholarship, and the personal and professional goals the student hopes to achieve in the next 5 years. Please discuss any interests you may have in specializing or conducting research in the treatment of aphasia.
