Dr. P. Phillips Endowed Scholars

Criteria:

• Applicant must be accepted or enrolled as a graduate or undergraduate student in the Dr. P. Phillips Real Estate School established at UCF in the College of Business Administration.
• Applicant must complete an essay describing their interest in the real estate field.

Definitions:
Applicant(s) must have completed pre-major requirements and have been admitted in a real estate program in the College of Business Administration to be considered.

Programs include:

• Real Estate (BSBA) https://www.ucf.edu/degree/real-estate-bsba/
• Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) https://www.ucf.edu/degree/real-estate-msre/

Limitations:
This Scholarship cannot pay over a student’s Cost of Attendance (COA). COA is the estimated amount it will cost a student to attend the university. Additional information about COA can be found at https://www.ucf.edu/financial-aid/cost/.

Renewable:
Yes. Applicant may receive the award in successive semesters until graduation as long as eligibility is maintained and an A2O application is completed each year of renewal eligibility.
