Nirvana Health Services Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship will be awarded this upcoming Fall semester.

The purpose of the Scholarship is to provide support to students enrolled in the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Program.

Recipient will be selected based on the following criteria

• Must be enrolled as a full-time student in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program
• Must hold a minimum 3.0 overall GPA
• Must provide a brief essay (one page, double spaced, 12-point font) that outlines their desired career path following graduation. All essays will be reviewed by the college scholarship committees. In addition, recipients’ essays might be shared with donors.
• Must submit a list of volunteer activities previously completed in the community.
