Carson Alan Swingle Helping Heart Endowed Scholarship

Carson Alan Swingle Helping Heart Endowed Scholarship is awarded to full or part-time senior or second degree “senior” nursing students in the BSN program in the UCF College of Nursing. Qualifications include: a minimum 3.0 GPA, must be enrolled in the College of Nursing at the time of scholarship distribution, must submit an essay addressing your career goals in pediatrics or pediatrics critical care nursing, including any personal experience with congenital heart disease. Must demonstrate financial need as determined by the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). Preference will be given to students considering a professional nursing career in pediatrics or pediatric critical care.
