Scholarship Relaunch for Caregivers
Who Is Eligible to Apply?
Before submitting your application for the Blossom Law Caregiver Scholarship, please make sure that you meet the following criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You are enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college or university
- You are a citizen or permanent resident of the United States
- You earned a 3.0 grade point average or higher in your most recently completed semester
What Are the Application Requirements?
The Blossom Law Caregiver Scholarship requires each applicant to submit an original essay (approximately 500-1000 words) answering the provided prompt. Along with the essay, we also request that you submit contact information, proof of enrollment, and documentation of your most recently achieved GPA.
Essay Prompt
Being a loved one’s caregiver is an incredible act of service, and it is often a thankless job. If you have a parent who has provided care for a loved one, or if you have been a caregiver yourself, how has this experience affected your priorities or long-term goals? How will this new perspective prepare you for the future?
How Are the Applications Judged?
Each application with be reviewed by our scholarship team. Submissions will be evaluated using these standards:
- The student has provided all requested documentation
- The student meets all eligibility requirements
- The submitted essay is creative, organized, and features high-quality writing
- Award
- $1000
- College/Department
- External Scholarships
- Deadline
