Qualifications
- The scholarship opportunity is open to undergrad through post-grad students. All applicants must be actively enrolled in a U.S. college/university.
- All submissions should contain the authors name, address, phone number, current major and college.
- All submissions should be emailed to bkinjuryscholarship@mail.com.
- All submissions must be in .pdf format
- All submissions must be received by December 31, 2025.
- Winner will be announced on our website on January 31, 2026.

Distracted driving is a dangerous and growing problem that contributes to thousands of accidents, injuries, and fatalities each year. It occurs when a driver’s attention is diverted from the road by activities such as texting, talking on the phone, eating, adjusting the radio, or interacting with passengers. With the rise of mobile technology, texting while driving has become one of the most alarming forms of distraction, significantly increasing the risk of crashes. Should there be stricter laws about distracted driving? Why or why not?
