Eligibility Requirements

• Applicants must be EITHER out-going high school seniors (graduating summer 2025) OR students currently enrolled in a college, trade school, university, or law school as of the start of the fall 2025 semester.
• Must submit your essay by Wednesday, December 1, 2025.

Scholarship Contest Details
To enter, write a 500-word thoughtful essay about the “The Pros and Cons of Investing in Real Estate Investment Trusts.”
