Marine Electric Systems STEM Scholarship
Criteria for Eligibility:
Enrollment : Currently enrolled in an STEM undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited U.S.-based college or university. (Only STEM fields of study are eligible.
Academic Standing: In good academic standing at their institution. While there is no minimum GPA to apply, a strong academic record will strengthen your application.
Student Status: Open to full-time and part-time students, including those pursuing associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degrees.
Location: Institution must be based in the United States (U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and international students studying at U.S. institutions are all eligible).
One Application per Cycle: Each student may submit only one application for the current scholarship cycle. Previous applicants (who did not receive the award) are welcome to reapply in subsequent years.
Essay Prompt : Describe a significant experience, challenge, or mentor that ignited your passion for your field of study. How has this influenced your academic journey and future aspirations?
Length: Your essay should be between 500 and 700 words. This allows you to provide enough detail while still being concise. Aim for a focused essay that stays within this word count range. Essays significantly shorter or longer may not be considered.
