O'Brien & Eggleston PLLC Scholarship
Eligible applicants must:
- Be a U.S. Citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the United State.
- Have been accepted into a school and will be attending as either pre-law undergraduates or first-year law students in the fall of 2026.
- Have a minimum undergraduate cumulative GPA of 3.0.
Applicant must submit the following with their application:
- Completed resume
- One to three page typed essay on a topic of their choice related to the area of law they intend to pursue.
- Complete copy of their school transcripts.
- Acceptance letter from a school within the United States.
- Proof of legal residency in the U.S. (birth certificate, passport, permanent resident card, etc. Social security cards will not be accepted.)
Award details:
- The scholarship is to be used exclusively for school tuition and related expenses.
- A $1,000 check will be made payable directly to the award recipients to cover these expenses.
- Recipients are expected to submit receipts in accordance with IRS regulations.
- The scholarship award recipient will be notified of their selection on or about February 28, 2025.
