PCBP Wounded First Responders Scholarship

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be a first responder injured in the line of duty OR the child of an injured first responder.
• Must be enrolled or planning to enroll in an undergraduate or graduate program within the United States for the Fall 2025 semester.
• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Must be a citizen of the United States.

Application Requirements:

• Submit a response to the following prompt in .docx or PDF format, with a total word count of approximately 500 words:
  Describe how your experience as a first responder – or the child of a first responder – has changed you. How does your pursuit of higher education relate back to your experience?
• Provide proof of your enrollment at an accredited university.
• Provide record of employment as a first responder.
