The John T. Washington Endowed Memorial Scholarship Fund

Established in memory of Dr. John T. Washington, this scholarship honors his legacy of academic excellence, leadership, and service. It supports students who demonstrate strong intellectual promise, community involvement, and a commitment to social progress—empowering the next generation of scholars to carry forward his enduring vison.

This scholarship supports undergraduate students in the College of Sciences majoring in the social sciences.
Recipients will be selected based on the following established criteria:
-Must be an undergraduate student majoring in Sociology, Anthropology, Political Science, or Psychology.
-Must have a Undergraduate Cumulative UCF GPA of 3.0 or higher.
-Must demonstrate financial need based upon guidelines set forth in the Free application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
