John Russell Williams, PhD Endowed Scholarship Fund in Biological Sciences

Scholarship established in 1977 by Florida Technological University Foundation, to support first generation students:

This scholarship supports undergraduate students in the College of Sciences.
Recipients will be selected based on the following established criteria:

• Must be enrolled as an undergraduate student in the College.
• Must be a first-generation student.
• Must demonstrate financial need based on the guidelines set forth in the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
• Preference will be given to students majoring in Biological Sciences.
If no such students are eligible, the award may be given to a first-generation undergraduate student in the College of Sciences

This scholarship will be used to pay for tuition, textbooks, fees, and other items included in the cost of education.
