Ezderm EZ Start Scholarship

Eligibility:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid student visa.
• Be enrolled in or admitted to a full-time undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited U.S. college or university.

How to Apply:

• Include the following information: Full name, email, phone number, address, date of birth, current school, current major (if applicable).
• Please tell us one sentence about why empathy and compassion matter in medicine.
