• High school seniors who have been accepted into an undergraduate program for the upcoming academic year

• Must be a legal resident of the United States or Canada or hold a valid student visa
• Must be enrolled in or accepted to a full-time program at an accredited institution in the United States or Canada

How to Apply
Submit an 800-word essay on one of the following topics:

• The Future of Skilled Trades: Bridging the Gap Between Education and Workforce Demand – Discuss the growing need for skilled trades in industries like construction and manufacturing and how education can adapt to meet demand.
• Technology’s Role in Shaping the Future of Construction and Engineering – Discuss how emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, automation, and 3D printing are transforming construction and engineering fields.
• The DIY Movement: How Hands-On Skills Empower Individuals and Communities – Discuss the benefits of DIY projects, including cost savings, self-sufficiency, and community impact. How can increasing access to education and resources further support the DIY movement?
