UCF Black Faculty & Staff Association: Dr. Cheryl Green Award Scholarship

Information About this Scholarship

• A $250 scholarship sponsored by the Black Faculty and Staff Association (BFSA) will be awarded.
• Scholarship recipients will be selected by the BFSA Scholarship Committee.
• The recipients are required to attend the Black Faculty and Staff Association virtual Mentoring Celebration on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 8:00 am in the Pegasus Ballroom, Student Union.

Eligibility Information:
Students must be currently enrolled full-time at the University of Central Florida (UCF) and have at least ONE semester remaining with a minimum UCF cumulative GPA of 2.8.

Instructions:
Complete the scholarship application form. Attach your written essay to this application form. Please submit this application and typed essay by Friday, January 30, 2026, at 5:00 pm. There will be no deadline extensions, but early submissions are preferred.
