Serafini Law Inspired Learner Scholarship

First-year college students who wish to apply for our Spring 2026 Inspired Learner Scholarship must meet the following criteria:

• Applicants must be enrolled at an accredited college or university as a freshman.
• Applicants must have achieved a 3.0 GPA in their senior year of high school or first semester of college.
• Applicants must be at least 17 years old.
• Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

In order to submit an application, students must provide:

• Proof the student is enrolled or accepted at an accredited college or university (this may include: acceptance letters, class schedules, registration, etc.)
• An unofficial transcript from either the student’s senior year of high school or first semester of college that demonstrates the student’s achieved GPA.
• Contact information and other academic details found in the application at the bottom of this page.

For the creative portion of our application, students are asked to create a 2 to 3 minute video submission answering the following question:
