Law Office of Caroline Norman Frost's Overcoming Homelessness Scholarship

Eligibility for the Scholarship
Our judges will only consider applications that meet all of the requirements listed below:

• You must have experienced homelessness yourself or made a concentrated effort to fight homelessness in your community.
• You must have a cumulative grade point average of 2.5 or above.
• You must be enrolled or planning to enroll in an undergraduate/graduate program or trade school within the United States for the Fall 2026 semester.
• You must be at least 17 years old.
• You must be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States.

Application Requirements
All interested students must respond to the following prompt in short essay format, in roughly 500 words:

How have you been affected by homelessness? If you have not experienced homelessness yourself, how have you helped combat it in your community?

Applicants must attach proof of enrollment at an accredited university in the form of a class schedule or acceptance letter as well as proof of their acquired GPA.
