Student Government John C. Hitt Academic Excellence Scholarship

Criteria:

  • Applicant must be a full-time (min. 12 credit hours) undergraduate student at UCF.
  • Applicant must have successfully completed at least 25 undergraduate credit hours at UCF.
  • Applicant must have a Cumulative overall GPA of 3.5.
    • Preferred cumulative GPA range is: 3.75-4.00 Cumulative GPA.
  • Applicant must complete an essay up to 500 words answering the following prompt: “What tenant of the UCF Creed do you identify with the most and why?”

AI Policy:
Essay responses must be student’s own original work. AI tools may be used to assist with the writing process, such as grammar, spelling, syntax, etc., but should not be used to generate responses.
